AQpress:  AQpress is a package designed to calculate propagule pressure on wild salmon populations from escape aquaculture salmon.  Propagule pressure is calculated for each river as either the annual presence of fish at an aquaculture site, or the annual number of fish stocked, divided by the distance to that site, and summed across all sites.
