Connecting genomic variation with environmental change.

Arctic Charr occupy environmentally diverse and rapidly changing northern systems. This work combines population genomics, multi-year eDNA surveys and lineage-specific environmental models to examine biodiversity, connectivity and potential genomic vulnerability under future climate conditions.

The emphasis throughout is on integrating genomic evidence with ecology and translating results into forms that can support conservation, fisheries science and collaborative decision-making.
